Fears and Phobias

Most fears and phobias are set up rapidly and are felt with an intensity that leaves you feeling powerless.

Many fears and phobias can seem ridiculous to other people, while the reactions are very real and
debilitating.

The thought of being in a situation that requires you to face your fear is unbearable but avoiding the situation can restrict your life and even affect your ability to look after your health.

Anticipation of those thoughts and fears can be felt as a trauma and often the prescribed treatment from GP’s is CBT and aversion therapy which can cause further intense reactions.

By rewiring the brain’s circuits where experiences have been coded can radically eliminate fears and phobias almost as rapidly as they appeared and without the trauma of reliving the sensitising event over and over again.

-Imagine not having paralysing fear.

-Imagine feeling calm and in control again.

-Imagine not having to explain why you are afraid

-Imagine not feeling embarrassed by your phobia.

-Imagine the freedom of not giving a thought to that phobia.
